Before processing any withdrawal, 9y999 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, along with proof of address where required. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time frame will result in withdrawal requests being suspended until compliance is achieved.
All deposits are made in PKR. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts, along with available payment methods, are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change. Familiar local payment references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 9y999 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered account holder.

All withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. Processing times vary by method; 9y999 will endeavour to process approved withdrawals within a reasonable time frame. The base currency of 9y999 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balance displays, bet amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are shown in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees are the User's responsibility.
Users must only deposit funds they can afford to lose. 9y999 strongly discourages depositing borrowed money or funds required for essential living expenses. Deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools are available in the account dashboard and are described further in Section 12.
All bets are accepted at 9y999's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference number is issued to the User. 9y999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation, including where the platform suspects technical or pricing errors, or where the User's conduct is inconsistent with normal recreational play.
Where odds or game outcomes are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error — 9y999 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the User. This applies to sports betting markets, casino game outcomes, and any other wagering products available on the platform.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or unforeseen disruption (including disruptions to PSL, ICC, T20 international or other cricket fixtures), applicable settlement rules are detailed in the sports-specific terms displayed in the sportsbook section. Live in-play bets are subject to real-time settlement based on verified data feeds.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer feeds supplied by approved technology partners. 9y999 does not directly control game logic. Published RTP figures are theoretical and illustrative; actual results may vary significantly in the short term.
Maximum win limits per bet or per session may apply across different bet types and games. These limits are displayed in the relevant product sections. Where a payout would exceed an applicable limit, the excess amount will be voided and the maximum permitted amount paid.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 9y999 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, game contribution rates, expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonuses must be wagered a stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Actual figures vary by promotion. Always review specific promotion terms before claiming any offer.
9y999 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using prohibited software, or otherwise acting in bad faith to exploit promotional offers.
Some bonuses are classified as "sticky" — the bonus credit itself cannot be withdrawn, only the net winnings generated from it. "Non-sticky" bonuses are separable from the real-money balance once wagering requirements are met. The type applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, 9y999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content published on 9y999 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, icons, game descriptions, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 9y999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, scraping, commercial use, or creation of derivative works based on platform content without express written authorisation from 9y999.

In the event of account closure due to User breach, outstanding balances may be withheld subject to investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9y999 is incorporated or licensed (details available on request), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
